■ご紹介　ようこそRose Moonへ！

はじめまして、Rose Moon (ロゼムーン)　です。
Rose Moonは、アーティスト「RICO」によってカスタムされたヘッドやフィギュア等を中心に販売するサイトとして誕生しました。 RICOの生み出す独創的世界感を通じて、1人でも多くの皆様に夢や感動を与えられたら、という想いの基、運営しています。 また、フィギュアそのものを初めてお買い求め頂くお客様にも、フィギュアの素晴らしい世界を肌で感じて頂けたら幸いです。 今後とも頑張って皆様にご指示頂ける作品を次々と製作させて頂きますので、末永くお付き合い頂けます様心よりお願い申し上げます。

■ご注文方法

PAYPALでのご注文方法　（クレジットカード可）

1. PAYPALボタンを押して商品をカートに入れます。
2. 続けてお買い物をされる場合は、[Continue shopping]ボタンを押してください。
3. お支払いを行う場合は、[Proceed to Checkout]ボタンを押してください。
4. PAYPALログイン画面になりますので、お客様のアカウント情報を入力しログインします。（お客様のアカウント情報はPAYPALにより守られています）
5. PAYPAL画面に従い送金を行います。　※
6. 完了です！商品到着をお待ち下さい。

※ログイン後のPAYPALお支払い方法

1. お支払い方法「Payment Method」を設定します。（クレジットカード 又は PAYPAL残高）
2. 発送先「Ships to」を設定します。（特別なご指定が無い限り変更する必要はありません）
3. 「Pay Now」ボタンを押します。
4. 画面が無事切り替わりましたら完了です！

■お支払い方法

1. 銀行振込　（イーバンク、三菱東京UFJ銀行）
2. ゆうちょ銀行
3. PAYPAL (クレジットカード可)
4. 宅急便コレクト　（クロネコ代金引換：現金払いのみ）

※1.～3.は前払いとなります。
※宅急便コレクトは、代引手数料が別途掛かります。

■配送期間

通常ご注文受付後1-5営業日以内の発送となります。
（若干前後する場合も御座います）

■配送方法

クロネコ宅急便

■キャンセル

お届け先の入力で正式注文とさせていただきます。
万が一キャンセルをご希望の方は、メールまたはお電話にてお問い合わせください。

■返品

商品の品質には万全を期しておりますが、万一商品が破損・汚損していた場合には、商品到着後7日以内に弊社にその旨ご連絡の上、着払いにてご返送ください。（返送送料は弊社負担）

お客様のご都合（イメージ違いなど）の返品御希望の際は、商品到着後7日以内にその旨ご連絡ください。商品が弊社に到着後、代金をご返金致します。（返金時の振込手数料はお客様のご負担になります）なお、発送時に弊社が送料や代引手数料などを負担している場合は、送料や手数料を差し引いた返金額となりますので予めご了承願います。

[ご注意ください]

以下の場合は、返品をお受けすることができません。

• ※ディスプレイ後の商品
• ※配送中の破損と思われる商品
• ※お客様のもとで破損、汚れが生じた場合
• ※事前にご連絡のない場合
• ※到着後7日以上経過した商品
• ※カスタム製品は１つ１つ手作業となりますので、若干の傷、汚れがある場合も御座います。完全な新品・未使用状態では御座いませんのでご理解の上ご購入下さい。
• ※元々の製品状態や、原型製品保管時に出来たわずかな傷などがある場合があります。（カスタム商品の場合はカスタム前）このような理由での、返品・交換は受け兼ねますので予めご了承願います。

以上に該当するような商品を送付された場合は、着払いにて返送となりますのでご注意ください。

■Introduce

Welcome to Rose Moon!
We are selling figures and heads produced by RICO (RIKO) and do hope you would enjoy RICO's figures and her worlds through to Rose Moon. RICO will produce too many Figures, dolls, heads and others, so please see our site in the future.

■How to Order [PAYPAL]

1. Put item into Paypal cart.
2. Please put [Continue shopping] button if you would like to continue shopping at Rose Moon.
3. Please put [Proceed to Checkout] button if you would like to proceed to check out.
4. Please log in to your paypal account.
5. Please send payment according to Paypal Checkout.
6. Completed.

■Payment [PAYPAL]

We would accept Paypal only.

■Shipment [EMS]

All items will be shipped via Global Express Mail with Tracking / Insurance.
We normally ship the packge in 2-5business days after order date.
After shipmnet, you can receive Tracking Number of EMS.

■Delivery

You will receive the package in about 4-7 business days after shipment.

■Return Policy

Rose Moon guarantee your satisfaction!

If you need to return an item, please contact us and ship item back via Global Express Mail with Tracking. Please be sure that tracking number will be important for refund.

After received the package and confirmed the item, we will refund your money to your paypal account.

Sorry, we could not cover shipping charge for return.

[ATTENTION]

We could not return / refund againt the following items.

• * After displayed.
• * Broken on the shipping.
• * No contact before return.
• * Past 7days after delivered date.
• * Please kindly understand that customized items are hand-made 1 by 1. When customizing, items may have tiny scraches, stains.
