• Mr.カラー
• Mr.スーパークリアUVカット（グロス・フラット）
• Mr.スーパークリア（セミグロス）
• パステル

【パーマについて】

髪のパーマはペイント前にお湯を使用してスタイリングしてあります。

【ご注意事項】

• ペイント部分を尖ったものでひっかいたりこすったりしないようお願いします。
• 熱に弱いので、お湯につけたりドライヤーなどはお避け下さい。
• パーマはペイント剥がれの原因になりますのでお避け下さい。

【お取引に関する注意事項】

商品の品質には万全を期しておりますが、万一商品が破損・汚損していた場合には、商品到着後7日以内に必ず弊社にその旨ご連絡下さい。
弊社責任と思われれる商品に関しましては返品後に返金させて頂きます。
但し、以下の場合は返品対象外とさせて頂きます。

• ※ディスプレイ後の商品
• ※配送中の破損と思われる商品
• ※お客様のもとで破損、汚れが生じた場合
• ※事前にご連絡のない場合
• ※到着後7日以上経過した商品
• ※カスタム製品は１つ１つ手作業となりますので、若干の傷、汚れがある場合も御座います。完全な新品・未使用状態では御座いませんのでご理解の上ご購入下さい。
• ※元々の製品状態や、原型製品保管時に出来たわずかな傷などがある場合があります。（カスタム商品の場合はカスタム前）このような理由での、返品・交換は受け兼ねますので予めご了承願います。

以上に該当するような商品を送付された場合は、着払いにて返送となりますのでご注意ください。

[PERM]

Hair of some heads/dolls is parmed and styled with hot water before paint.

[ATTENTION]

• Please do not scratch/rub painting parts.
• Please do not use dryer.
• Please do not perm their hair, it will cause paint peeling.
• Colors of costume / outfits may move to the body, especially Black and Red. (Full doll)

[ATTENTION for Purchases]

Rose Moon guarantee your satisfaction!
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days from Delivered date.
And then, please ship item back to us via Global Express Mail with Tracking.
Please be sure that tracking number will be important for refund.
After received the package and confirmed the item, we will refund your money to your paypal account.
Sorry, we could not cover shipping charge for return.

However, we could not accept return/refund againt the following items.

• * Broken on the shipping.
• * No contact before return.
• * Past 7days after delivered date.
• * Please kindly understand that customized items are hand-made 1 by 1. When customizing, items may have tiny scraches, stains.
